Black wash or White wash whatever it may be India had paid it back with interest for the humiliating defeat they had in England. India had always upper hand in Indian conditions but what was amazing is the fact that India did it with a team full of youth and bright prospect for the future. Indian pace battery was lacking penetration and India had found a new bunch of not only pace bowlers but good fielders and batsmen. But the role of Dhoni the Indian skipper was outstanding .He lead from the front and remained undefeated throughout the series. He tried his bit after India lost the test series In England.Indias performance was not all that bad in twenty –twenty and onedayers in England .All the factors were against India,weather,duckworth Louis rule,toss,injury of the key players….everything was against India. But Dhoni stood out even in defeat with man of the series award. India could defeat England in 5 matches, almost all the matches were one sided. Series ended with high note that India is well on the way to the 2014 world cup to be staged in Australia and Newzealand.There India need, good pace bowlers, technically sound batsmen. good fielders, and ofcource genuine all rounders.Jadeja was another revelation and it shows how important it is the role of an allrounder.Genuine all-rounder is the one who can turn the match for his side with his bowling ,fielding or brisk batting. Has we found a genuine all-rounder in Jadeja ? Only time will tell. But we should look for technically sound batsman.Gambhir,Kohli are O K .But Ryna should improve much. Well we have time and we have recovered from the England shock.
Let’s hope those teams India will now on the winning streak under the Captain cool…..M S Dhoni.
